Microplanes are the best. I used to hate zesting anything with a box grater because most of it would be stuck on the grater and not usable.

I don't usually refrigerate my tahini. I kind of view it like the way I would a nut butter.

Can't wait to hear about this grilled chicken wrap with hummus! Now Im hungry lolDeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03662018865843949685noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-968496900766648004.post-72395929458663615512012-05-31T07:23:17.004-07:002012-05-31T07:23:17.004-07:00love the microplane also. was one of my first kitc...love the microplane also. was one of my first kitchen gadgets! It really is awesome for garlic and ginger. Freeze the ginger and it grates up so much easier- I use it like crack in asian dishes lol.

Its so funny that you posted this bc I made a grilled chicken wrap with store bought hummus yesterday. I liked it so much that I decided today I was gunna make hummus so I can have that sandwich again lol. I took the tahini out of the fridge this morning to soften so its easier to scoop!Briannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03494534822914946023noreply@blogger.com
